Ripi was born from a simple idea: what if you could re-create the type of quality pasta that you've come to love from some of your favorite restaurants, all from the comfort of home? Ian, a restaurant-loving foodie, and Joe, an acclaimed pasta chef, turned this idea into reality by crafting premium, frozen stuffed pastas that deliver restaurant-quality flavors on demand.
